• Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Credits and Trials

Runexo may offer promotional credits or free trial periods. Such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates and usage restrictions.

• Credits cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Abuse of promotional offers may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
• Unused credits may expire according to the terms applicable at the time of issuance.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, algorithms, and content, are owned by or licensed to Runexo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our Services without explicit written permission. You retain ownership of any data or content you generate through our platform, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or process using Runexo's Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use such content and that your use does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Abuse and Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting, generating, or distributing illegal content (e.g., malware, pirated software, CSAM).
• Using the Services for high-risk activities such as medical diagnosis, nuclear facilities control, or life support systems.
• Mining cryptocurrency or conducting blockchain-related activities without prior authorization.
• Excessive or abusive resource usage that disrupts service for other users.
• Using the Services to develop competing products or reverse engineer our technology.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNEXO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO RUNEXO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Runexo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem harmful to the Services or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

14. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
